Room Request Form

This form sends a room request to our reservations staff, who will check into the availability of a guest room (or rooms) for the dates you specify.

If your lodging is associated with an Executive Education course, please note that this form will not enroll you in the course. For course enrollment, visit exed.wisc.edu/Course-Topics.

Room Rate:  $144.00 (usd) per night including tax.  ($20 extra adult charge)
