How do I print from my laptop?
To print from your laptop, you need to save your document on a USB flash drive, and bring the drive to the Front Desk (open 24 hours) for an attendant to print. Another option is to email your document to reservations@fluno.com. Copies are $.10 per page.
How may I access the internet?
The Fluno Center offers both complimentary wirless and ethernet cable access. The wireless network is called "Fluno" and there is no password required to connect to our network. To use the ethernet connection, plug your ethernet cable (located in the desk drawer) into the empty wall jack above the desk labeled "Ethernet."
Where is the phone book located?
The Madison area phone book is located in the top drawer of your guest room armoire.
Where are the extra pillows and blankets in the room?
An extra blanket and foam pillow are available on the top shelf of your guest room closet.
What is the process for the parking lot below the building?
Lot 83, owned and operated by UW Transportation Services, can be accessed from Frances Street. Parking is an additional $12.00 for a full day of parking, or $1.00 every half hour for the first two hours, and $1.00 per hour after the first two hours. Please take a ticket from the automated parking system upon entering and pay at either the pay station by the elevator or the pay station at the exit.

Is there a pool located in the building? Do you have a recreational facility?
The Fluno Center does not have a swimming pool. The University of Wisconsin SERF (South East Recreational Facility) is located one block south of the Fluno Center on Dayton Street, next to the Kohl Center. The SERF has an Olympic size swimming pool as well as a fitness center. With your room key and/or course name badge, the daily fee is $5.00. For information on SERF hours, please contact them at (608) 262-4756.
The Fluno Center has a fitness center located on the 8th floor. It features three treadmills, two bicycles, two elliptical machines, and a universal weight system. The fitness center hours are 5:00 am - 11:00 pm.
Do you have room service available? Do you have vending machines for snacks?
The Fluno Center has in-room dining available Sunday through Thursday evenings. The menu is in every guest room or here: In-Room Dining Menu. Water and soda vending machines are located on floors four through seven next to the ice machines on the east side of the building. Snacks are available in the Study Pub from 4:30 pm - 10:00 pm Sunday through Friday. You may also purchase snack items, fruit bottled water, and soda from the Front Desk 24 hours a day.

The Fluno Center Front Desk can provide you with an updated list of area restaurants and attractions upon request, or, the Greater Madison Convention and Visitor Bureau is also an excellent resource for determining where you would like to dine in Madison: restaurant finder tool.

Do you provide luggage assistance?
Yes. We have luggage carts and/or bellmen upon request. Please dial "0" to arrange for luggage service. Additionally, we have a secure bell closet located behind the Front Desk for storage of guest luggage on the day of departure.
Do you have a Business Center?
Yes. The Business Center is located on the 2nd floor near the break area. It is open throughout the day and can be accessed 24 hours with your room key.
