Meeting Packages:
The Fluno Center offers a variety of meeting packages to suit virtually any need. All Fluno Center meeting packages are priced per person and include the rental of a meeting room on the main floor of the Fluno Center, standard AV (multimedia podium with house PC/DVD and podium microphone, screen/LCD projector, two flip charts—whiteboard combo upon request), and wireless Internet. All meals included in meeting packages are served in our Executive Dining Room. Boxed lunches may be substituted upon request at no additional charge.

Audio Visual Services
Technology plays an important role in supporting meetings, conferences, and events of all sizes. The Fluno Center provides flexible audio/visual solutions designed to support in-person, hybrid, and virtual experiences. Our spaces are equipped to support presentations, collaboration, and remote participation. AV services can be tailored to meet the needs of each event.

Hybrid & Video Conferencing
- We support hybrid meetings with remote participants and presenters using platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex, and Google Meet. Available services include:
- Video conferencing setup and support
- Cameras and microphones for in-room and remote participants
Streaming & Recording
- Live streaming to platforms such as YouTube
- Event recording with delivery of digital files
- Post-event editing services available
Additional AV Services & Equipment
